From a young age, I’ve enjoyed going to different restaurants trying new meals and how each one brings a difference experience. Watching how food and restaurants bring people from all over together quickly became a passion of mine growing up. Which led me to becoming a server while in high school to start and then working for years in the restaurant industry from small kitchens to large, street food to fine dining, big crowds to intimate settings. It has always been a dream of mine to own a restaurant, but simply was that, just a dream. With many years in the making, I finally made that dream a reality and it’s still a *pinch me* moment that I get to do this each day alongside the Piedmont family and continue making a success of the business and serving our community.
The most rewarding part of being a restaurant owner is that not one day is the same as the one before. Each day is a new challenge, a new learning experience, and a new day to put out some of the best food and experiences we can for our customers. Getting to know our customers and their feedback on our food and service is very humbling for us as we are always striving to give 100% each day that we are open.
