From a young age, I watched my dad not only find his love for cooking, but serving people and the happiness it brought him. This passion quickly became mine growing up and the joy behind bringing people together for a delicious meal. My dad and I worked together for years in the restaurant industry from small kitchens to large, street food to fine dining, big crowds to intimate settings, and together we realized that we make quite the team. Our dream of running a restaurant together was simply that, a dream. With many years in the making, we finally made that dream a reality and it’s still a *pinch me* moment that we get to do this together each day and continue making a success of our business and serving our community.
The most rewarding part of being a restaurant owner is that not one day is the same as the one before. Each day is a new challenge, a new learning experience, and a new day to put out some of the best food and experiences we can for our customers. Getting to know our customers and their feedback on our food and service is very humbling for us as we are always striving to give 100% each day that we are open.
